You Can Coaching was created by the Rev. Kate Dalton after serving as the senior pastor at a local church during the COVID pandemic.

Before Kate served at a local church she worked for about 10 years in the elevator industry in a variety of roles including: electrical engineer, project manager, service account manager, and new equipment sales representative.
​
When the pandemic hit, Kate was able to leverage her previous experience to modernize church operations. This included transitioning church operations to Microsoft 365, implementing a internet based phone system that could be answered from any employees smartphone and setting up the sanctuary to record and livestream worship services.
